As Atlanta rapper Yakki Divioshi gears up for his new project, “YakkStick”, I visited him at Blueroom Studios in ATL to discuss his career and thoughts on the current state of Hip Hop. During the interview, Yakki shares how he was originally a football player turned artist due to an injury. Yakki also details being in a group with fellow Atlanta rapper, Johnny Cinco, when they were teenagers. Yakki also sheds light on the many broken promises within the music industry and importance of teamwork.
Yakki heated up the streets of Atlanta and surrounding areas with his single “Flexx God” produced by DJ Plugg.
