LiL Wok is from Tennessee near the Nashville/Franklin area. He started doing music about a year ago> At first, it was hard for Wok to find own sound but he discovered using vocals meshed with autotune and layering was his niche. Using FL Studio as artillery as well, the rising rapper looks to soon dominate his section.
Lil Wok’s newest single, “The Motto” mixes rap and jugg music over a melodic GualaBeatz production.
“I just kind of went and felt the beat and made a melody in my head listening to it then freestyled to it. I spent some time mixing it at home to get my unique sound. This is an intro to my upcoming EP, “Journey Into My Mind”, a solo project.”
