Ok so who hasn’t heard of Ipsy Glam Bag by now? Well if you haven’t, Ipsy is an amazing subscription based site that anyone can join to receive 5 sample or full sized products every month. The best part is, it’s only $10/month!
The July IPSY Summer Lovin Glam Bags have some pretty amazing goodies inside. This subscription allows you to try products that you may have otherwise not purchased. I find that it’s sometimes good to change up your beauty products, just to explore and see if there are other products that work in a different way to give you a different result. Any who, let’s see what in this bag!
I was totally happy with the bag itself. The colors are so vivid and bright and they just SCREAM summer to me. The bag is not cheap (which was a surprise) it is made of durable material (including the zipper). This was a BIG PLUS for me because, I love collecting beauty/makeup bags. (You can never have enough of them).
Now let’s take a look at the products that I received.
- Be A Bombshell Lip Balm – Ruby- This lip balm retails for $14. It’s very hydrating and leave a tint of color to your lips. Perfect for teenagers and adults who don’t want a lot of color to their lips.
OFRA Eyeshadow/Highlighter – Bliss – Retails for $15. This eyeshadow/highlighter is extremely pigmented and suitable for most skin tones. It is formulated for sensitive skin. It can be applied with a wet or dry brush for a shimmery finish.
Tarte Bronzer – Park Ave. Princess– Retails for $30. This is a highly pigmented, yellow gold, bronzing powder. I was in love at first swatch!
4. JOR’EL Parker Classico Perfume– Retails for $16. This perfume has gotten mixed reviews. I actually like it. It comes in a roller ball which makes for easy traveling and carry. It has a sweet, yet, unique scent, which has impressive staying power.
5. Eau Thermale Avene Cleanance gel– Retails for $20. Deep-penetrating, soap-free cleanser eliminates impurities and excess sebum without stripping the skin.
As you can see, this Ipsy bag has certainly paid for itself with the quality of products received.

J Spoolz Bio:
Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania is a city popularized by its humble steel background, successful sports teams, and its blue collar attitude. As a Pittsburgh native, J-Spoolz brings these elements to the forefront of Hip-hop music, giving you a glimpse into what its like growing up in the Steel City.
A solo artist, J Spoolz has been putting his thoughts to the page for over 10 years. Gaining popularity in the city with his first release, The Way I See It (2004), was just the beginning of the road ahead. Focused and assertive, Spoolz began attending music conferences, including the popular TJs DJs and Tastemakers Music Conference, spreading his name and his music past the boundaries of Pittsburgh.
Garnering interest and respect from a few names established in the music business through his networking, Spoolz continues to set his goals toward spreading his music to the masses. He has been getting features from such names as Wiz Khalifa, Stat Quo, and Graph among others, and producing mixtapes with DJ S1, DJ Smallz, and DJ Furious Stylez.

He has been touring to different parts of the country all while consistently releasing top quality music with his Pittsburgh State of Mind (Vol 1. &2) and Obsessions and Hangovers (Vol1 & 2) series. You may have heard him on Sirius/XM Radio on Eminem’s Shade 45 station, and markets out west like in Bakersfield with the highly acclaimed Baka Boyz.
Video: Suga Shane – I Get It
Suga Shane resume is very notable as an independent artist. He’s appeared in XXL and on MTV, as well as collaborated with French Montana, Roscoe Dash, OJ Da Juiceman and Waka, whom he also toured with. Suga Shane remains a strong fixture on the festival circuit wowing crowds at SXSW, A3C and the Auburn Fest. He prides on live performances, which are experiences that radiate inescapable exuberance. From fire lit drums, champaign showers, guitar players, stage diving and crowd surfing, Suga Shane bridges the gap between rock & roll and hip-hop.
On his upcoming project, he recruited production heat from Grammy winning and nominated talent 808 Mafia “SouthSide” (Meek Mill, Jay-Z, Kanye West , Young Thug, Future, Waka Flocka, Wiz Khalifa), “Magnedo” (Eminem, 50 Cent) and “KE On The Track” (Nicki Minaj, Jay-Z, Future, Rihanna, Rick Ross), who heralds the forward-thinker a star based on his dexterity on any given track. Suga Shane is aware of the power of musical influence, although he doesn’t hope to change the world he does hope his music stimulates, sparks conversation and inspires the next generation of dreamers.
Miami rapper Grimass (Grimass is creole for “Grimace”) kicks the week off with his latest single “I’m That Boy” and manages to get a verse from crooner August Alsina who also handles the hook.
“24” is the latest release from Tennessee Hip Hop/Rock artist 2Four. Creating and becoming more comfortable in his niche, 2Four is flourishing. His production and voice are unique and the message is easy to comprehend. The industry niceties and standard sound are dying. Tracks like “Black Out” and “Hardcore” are peepholes into the depth of his artistry. His music is a new wave for the typical hip hop head. It’s very refreshing, I am definitely a fan of “24”. Follow for more of 2Four’s music. Also, additional information can be found at thereal2Four.net.
Baltimore rapper Goldie revisits his album and provides the official lyric video for the newest single “Checks.” Goldie has tackled topics ranging from staying true to yourself, to social issues in his city, but today we hear the young rhymer flexing his money making skills while disregarding anyone trying to test him.
