Smif-N-Wessun x dFonK come together to deliver a dope record in honor of Marvin Gaye.
The late Marvin Gaye an inspiration to many and of course, gave us some of the best soul music of all time. After recording the EP ‘SEASONS’ at dFonK’s studio located at the Belgian coast, dFonK and Smif-N-Wessun visited some sites where the Great Marvin used to live, sleep, eat, work out, and did his “soul-searching”. dFonK lives just 5 minutes away from where Marvin used to live near Ostend, known as the ‘birthplace’ of Sexual Healing, so the two drew inspiration from the spirit of Marvin Gaye to create “In Memory of Marvin”.
