British model and actress Kelly Brook is set to appear in a new campaign for the car manufacturing giant Hyundai. She is booked for both corporate and entertainment events through the London talent agency MN2S. Her latest venture will see her in a reel of comedic advertisements. Kelly’s first ad is to promote Hyundai’s new i20 and i20 Coupe models; a 4-minute long commercial that’s been given the title ‘You couldn’t live without this girl’. The full ad, as well as separate 30-second clips, are available to watch on YouTube.
This role follows on from Brook leading other successful ad campaigns, such as those for the Unilever’s Lynx body spray – just one of many Axe and Lynx commercials that Kelly has taken part in – and adverts for her own personal line of swimwear with New Look which she produces. Brook will also be launching another campaign for the footwear giant Skechers in a global multimedia marketing campaign. This will involve her being an ambassador for the brand in several countries to promote their new ‘Flex Appeal’ women’s shoes. Brook has been filmed in Los Angeles for the first of many adverts. This ‘Skechers Memory Foam’ ad features Kelly comparing the comfortable feeling of the shoes with that of sitting on a memory foam bed whilst being pampered by two handsome men in a daydream sequence.
Kelly has also recently appeared in the HTC advert to promote their latest handset; the ‘HTC One M9 Gold’. The ‘Going for Gold’ ad features Kelly in a liquid-gold dress alongside the popular phone, in a Marilyn Monroe inspired look taken from the old-time classic film, ‘The Seven Year Itch’. The photoshoot required 440 litres of gold-coloured liquid and HTC said they were very happy to have Brook on board, stating: “The HTC One M9 Gold on Gold is one of the most stunning phones on the market, so who better to showcase its glamour and beautiful design than Kelly Brook?”
Kelly has said that she’s a big fan of the product and claimed “It’s much more than just my phone”, adding: “It’s a great accessory that allows me to look stylish whatever I’m wearing and the gold colour adds instant glamour to my look”. Kelly is sure to pull off another elegant red carpet appearance with this glossy accessory in her hands. The very busy Kelly is also advertising her clothing line with Simply Be, modelling floral dresses and trench coats for the online clothing brand; classic pieces that are some must-haves for this summer.
As many women constantly search for better ways to become healthier and look great, Kelly has recognised its importance and has turned her attention to promoting healthy living. She has offered up her natural photogenic looks and appeal to Atkins Nutritionals Inc., a weight management and nutrition-based company that designed campaigns focusing on the nutritional principles of the Atkins Diet. It was designed to help women feel better about their own bodies and to educate them on the subject of healthy diet control.
With Kelly having acted as a great personality in campaigns likes these, she decided to try other types of acting on a much larger scale for television and film. Kelly made the move from modelling to acting in 2000 for the film ‘Sorted’. From there, she went on to star in many feature films such as ‘The Italian Job’, ‘School for Seduction’ and ‘Piranha 3D’. She is also currently starring in ‘One Big Happy’, a US based comedy show airing on NBC. Kelly also keeps up the modelling and can be seen in this year’s latest FHM 2015 list, with her placed inside the top 10 picks. In 2005 she achieved the number one spot, and this year marks her impressive 17th time being included on the list.
Kelly’s charm and corporate appeal is made available through her work with the international talent agency, MN2S. The celebrity booking agency connects Brook with opportunities for speaking engagements and celebrity and corporate events, for which she is frequently contacted.
