Florida rapper and songwriter CaesarCMK has finally returned after a brief hiatus ready for a fresh new run with his music. Today he releases the first single from his forthcoming project, Ballots Or Bullets. The single “1st of September” finds Caesar lyrically discussing his tumultuous relationship with ‘summer’.
