HG Locks has been receiving massive amounts of love on the blogosphere with his previous release “Handle That,” featuring Swave receiving overwhelmingly positive reviews. Not one to rest on his laurels, the Bronx newcomer doubles down on his progress by releasing his brand new cut “Uptown.” The track, which is produced by JackPotHitz, is a reworking of JAY Z’s classic “Where I’m From” and finds HG Locks detailing the gritty nature of his part of town.
