After giving us a taste of his upcoming project with Cas1no Red, Kentucky native Jay Elly releases his latest offering, “8 Second Violation.” Not sure if it’ll end up on a project, but it’s just nice to hear from the Lexington talent. Happy to see my home state artists staying at it.
