LA-Based Musician’s Network Jammcard Expands to Atlanta (Opportunity)

Jammcard, Los Angeles’ growing community ultimately known as the Music Professionals Network, today announce their expansion to Atlanta, Georgia, launching on June 25. Jammcard, founded by Elmo Lovano, connects the community by way of localized event gatherings and a private online social network base. Lovano is a well-known drummer and musical director who has worked with Juliette Lewis, Skrillex, James Fauntleroy, Miley Cyrus and Christina Perri.

“Building Jammcard in Los Angeles exceeded our expectations and continues to be fulfilling every day. Atlanta is a powerhouse of musical talent and I’m excited to do whatever we can to contribute and build the community even stronger by extending our network in such a historic music city,” shares Lovano.

To celebrate launch day, Jammcard will hold one of their legendary ‘JammJam’ events, featuring Trap Jazz royalty Cassius Jay (Migos, Future, Cardi B), Devon “Stixx” Taylor (Justin Bieber, PARTYNEXTDOOR) and Chris Moten (D.R.A.M., Bebe Rexha).

The JammJam is a reoccurring gathering for some of today’s greatest musicians to network, vibe, improvise, and most importantly…jam. As Jammcard’s flagship event, it is exclusively for Jammcard members and key industry influencers, and has featured the bands of Prince, Stevie Wonder, Justin Bieber, BeyoncĂ©, Michael Jackson, and many more. Past sessions have included a takeover of Tower Records (link), a Trap Jazz session featuring artists from the bands of Migos, Future, Young Thug and Justin Bieber (see VR video here), a night celebrating women in music with Judith Hill, and most recently a Capitol Records takeover with Ty Dolla $ign. Ty, currently #1 on Billboard’s Hot 100 Billboard for his song “Psycho” with Post Malone, volunteered his talents for the event without compensation, simply because he’s a fan of the Jammcard community. The space at Capitol Records was also donated.
