Phora – Bury Me With Dead Roses (LP) @phoraone

Last week, Phora (@PHORAONE) shutdown his Yours Truly store on Fairfax Avenue in LA to honor the release of his debut effort since splitting from Warner Records and joining Roc Nation’s management branch. Comprised of 16 cohesive tracks including standout singles “Forgive Me,” “On My Way,” and his Nipsey Hussle tribute “The Dream,” Bury Me With Dead Roses is an audio coming of age story. Though Ecko and Mariah contribute guest vocals on “Te Necesito,” in true Phora form the project is light on features yet heavy on content.
